Scrub the post above.
I hear that a new and interactive website is scheduled to be released in December.

Wonder if each region will have its own bit he asks mischievously.... :D

Still waiting for any survey/questionnare about an ongoing structure/interactivity etc.

Just popping some ideas out as those who run clubs get asked questions by members.......
A survey was done on the website views in September I believe

If you want to know more, or ask questions, you can contact the (acting) General Secretary, Alan Tamblyn, at [email protected]. I believe that no current committee members have accounts on this forum so are unlikely to read your questions.

On the new website, yes it is being launched in December I believe, all going well that is  . There may be additional comms channels too ;)
chill…karma will fix it

Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking

As Oxgirl said there was a survey done asking about what people used the website for and what they would like in a new one, I remember filling it in.

Looks like someone trying their arm in the detecting insurance business, best of luck to them
It is basically public liability insurance en masse (cheaper) , which pretty much anyone can purchase if they want it
£5 still gives them a healthy profit for whatever they need it for

Good luck on becoming a strong voice though, that is going to take a lot of effort and a lot of networking with people who do have a say in how our hobby is run

Wont be getting my money though
I am not known for my ID skills, but i make a cracking brew

United we stand, divided we fall. They won't be getting my money either.
If you're a conspiracy theorist, you could read a lot into this
