Thanks for letting me part of this forum. Little about myself, I live in Glasgow, been detecting for about 4 months now and I have really am hooked. History has always been a big passion for me and I am surprised I haven’t detected sooner.... Previously the passion for skateboarding and basketball utilised most of my spare time but this sudden change of pace has been such a life changer for me and a knee/injury saver too lol. It makes my day when I come across even a wee half penny or button as my imagination runs wild by thinking who where the people that these belonged to..
So far I am yet to find a hammered (my goal before I am to move back to Australia next year) but so far I have found some interesting stuff that I would like to share to you all
From silver coins to a Medieval Pendant - Which is probably my best find so far.
