The provincial token-coinage of the 18th century by R Dalton and SS Hamer

This book is considered the definitive guide to provincial 18th century tokens in Britain. It’s now out of copyright and can be downloaded as a PDF for anyone with an electronic library.

If you prefer to just look at a particular county this website might be better
Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking

This is the one I use for 17th century trade tokens.

Choose county then town, possible token is local to where found?
