After he'd finished laughing he simply said with a smile if we get put into tier 4 or locked down again I've lost my tractor key's in any field you want to go in tone ;) ;)

It states that "You cannot detect on private land, even if you have permission from the owner, unless it is part of the place where you are living."
So you can actually detect on certain private land.

I don't live on any of my permissions so that's is not an option for me. It is to allow you to detect your garden I guess unless there are those who want to push the loophole to say they live on the farm and then can anyone really justify walking across 3 fields and still say it is where they live?

Why not??! We all agree, I think, that we have more chance of infecting or being infected if we were on the moon rather than in the middle of a field, by ourselves, minding our own business .... I think we should find loopholes or read the letter to the law , in this case , yes if you live on the farm , for example, and call it home then go for it ...

In the end individuals may choose to ignore the law. It is not our role, on this forum, to police the regulations. However we respectfully ask that all members to consider the views of others and not share that information here.

Are they going to tell everyone to stay at home to reduce the spread and keep people from dying?
