Littleboot aka Jan. Been pottering about detecting since 1976 when i first bought a detector on the never-never by forging my dad's signature as a guarantor.
Anyway, still pottering and wafting a detector....over in Normandy nowadays so digging up Froggy items and had to learn a whole new set of Kings. :geek:
Nice to see everyone....lots of people I know. Should be fun and a nice relaxed atmosphere.
The winter barley has already come off my fields last week but boy the ground and stubble needs some rain.
Live long and prosper.

Hi-ya Jan good to see you. I’m still looking around but already feel at home with so many familiar names.

You need some rain ! Ha, we’ve had another typically Welsh day. Drizzle, rain, drizzle, rain. If it carries on like this I can see our crops being 10ft high and the maize on my permissions doesn’t come off till the end of October.

I had to put my coat on, get the torch and say Squirrels & Bunny Rabbits several times from outside to get my dogs out.

(Sorry Jan)
