I am with Steve, just to be allowed out detecting would be a great start.

Once that happens I will start to think about a wish list.

However, for what could "in theory" be 2 good permissions rather than a wish list of potential finds I would have a "not to find wish list", headed by foil and drinks cans, as I am sure that if I could avoid all the masses of rubbish I would find better goodies but sadly both permissions are ruined by the amount of junk on them.

What ever your wish list I will wish you a Happy and Healthy New Year. Stay safe and follow the rules then hopefully we will all be allowed out and can start to enjoy our detecting and looking forward to what we might find.

Easylife wrote: Sat Jan 02, 2021 3:31 pm I guess my list is long but not too specific, amongst others:
A coin from a ruler that I don't already have, a Charles I or II would bridge a gap.
Wow, I make a wish list and start finding them next day with a Charles I penny.
Good things come to those who wait.

On the back of easylifes wishlist:

A stash of gold bars (enough to pay for a house for every member of The Hub)
A stash of self populating Jelly Beans

I'm easily pleased

The jelly beans one is a bit ambitious, Bruce, but go for it!

For me it has to be anything Celtic, Saxon, or Norman.
But being realistic a few nice hammered would do (I'm easily pleased).
Good luck everyone. :D

A posy ring. :blow kiss:
A hoard of Gold or silver :Star:

But happy to find a few hammered and have permissions that give up interesting finds

And look forward to the inaugural TDH Rally

There are plenty of gaps on my wish list. For 2021, top 3 would be:
BA axe head, any type would be precious.
Stater - hoard of 1200 would be perfect
Any Saxon coinage.
Always carefully proof-read what you've typed to see if you've any words out.
Deus with 11" X35 and 9" HF coils. MI 6 pinpointer.
