Hello everyone
Apologies to the mod team but in my excitement i forgot to put a scale on this one!
But it is the same size as an 2013 new ten pence piece :D

So, today having my exercise with my dog i saw something silver-ish glinting in the cloudy light
It was on a grass verge next to the alleyway i walk through with my dog.
It was slightly buried so i'd say the depth was about 2mm or there abouts
Didnt have my cleaning bottle with me so wrapped it up in one of my used tissues and awaited till i got home to clean it up with my current toothbrush.

Thanks for looking and if anyone else has such lucky eyes only finds during lockdown then please post them up...

I couldnt get a 'clod shot' as i didnt have my phone with me, but for GPS reference its next to the royal mail sorting office :D

I trust that you'll be handing it in at your local police station to see if it can be returned to it's owner?

Did you grid the area, it could have been a purse spill.

Well saved BA, another couple of years in the ground and that would have been rusted away and lost forever :D
