possible brooch for ID please

This came out the ground yesterday and after drying off and a gentle wipe over there appears to some decoration with traces of gold guilding .
It is quite heavy , possible pewter ?
Two lugs on the rear . Georgian /Victorian ? any help much appreciated :thumbsup:

Looks like a copper horse boss or harness decoration? I’d have though 18-19th century.
