Loved seeing the unearthing of the scale pan. Definitely looks more like a silvered item now. And I was even impressed by the Roman coin
Thanks Cath! I bought that one online and it is definitely shorter than the previous ones I’ve had but I don’t really notice it... it’s sharp and light ( very important) and my backs already gone from decades of lugging furniture about! Glad you like the coin it’s rather special - Hope all well!

I really do like Alexanders accent. It sounds so "cultured " and "educated" , and compared with my mongrel mixture of a cross between scouse and a welsh twang goes ,I `m left feeling very "common" .

Lol he could be as thick as two short planks but he’s blessed with an accent that means I too would still think he was very clever  I hasten to add that I don’t think you are though Alexander :Luv Ya:
Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking

Excellent.
I guess whether made from a coin or sheet silver it had the same value in it's day.
The vid seems to show at least a very distinctive letter 'T', but if a coin much detail would have been lost when repurposed by hammering into shape.
