Brilliant paper on viking strap ends. Illustrations start on p489 if you ever need to ID one!

Great info, sure I got a couple of bits in those pictures, I'll have a look as having a sort out at the moment,
stayed in as it said rain, but lovely & sunny now :x

One stirrup terminal aside, nothing Viking has surfaced for me so far, but if a strap end ever does turn up, I know where to go to look it up :thumbsup:
