I found this chunk of solid copper alloy partifact on the same field as the 'Chunky bronze pointy' but don't think that they are related at all. This has an iron pin going through it and weighs 172g. I guess it kind of resembles the foot of a cast machine of sorts for want of a better guess? But again why copper alloy? Any ideas?

Has the feel of a cauldron or pot part but I think that of all chunky bits of bronze with that patina. No idea really but I hope someone else does
Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking
