Couple of Chunky Romans for ID please

Afternoon All,
Found a couple of chunky Romans yesterday afternoon - well the one on the right isn't actually that chunky but quite thin; I think it might be a Follis... anyway, any help with the identification of either would be much appreciated!

Marcus Aurelius Sestertius & a later, 4th c Follis.

Lovely Sestertius.
Seem to remember you have already found a Faustina Junior, his wife.
Couple of hundred years between the Sestertius and the Folis.

And just in case anyone interested in the findings of the Hod Hill brooch and the Sestertiius its here!!! Both ID'ed by the forum ( and thanked therein!)
