Do you think it is Roman? It is very smooth and in such good condition, no bronze disease or chipping, Im wondering if it can possibly be that old?! No detail on the bezel at all ....its obvs missing its stone or whatever...

I know a Roman ring when I see one! Give us a close up of the white inverted stone too.
It may have a recognisable image.

The ring could very well be Roman but that design has been around since forever. Maybe the residue of fixing solder/paste might give a better clue as to exact age?
