Afternoon All,
I found this a couple of days ago - it is the best rose farthing (which type I am not sure they are a b*gg*r to ID!) I have ever found so I am showing it off! The photos are taken at a slight angle to get the best out of the coin.
All the B and thanks for lookin'!
Alexander

To be honest, I'm a little disappointed...... I've come to expect much more,,,,,, like a hoard of Roman gold coins :D
Cracking condition :clapping:
Always carefully proof-read what you've typed to see if you've any words out.

Love a rose farthing. I had a load of them last year and nothing since great condition, they are usually mullered :D
Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking

Ha! yes, "mullered" is about right!!
I found it where I have been finding all them little Roman coins so it was a really nice surprise... ( would have been even greater had it been you - anything to get away from that pesky Italian currency!) Its in my latest video.... in case you missed it and need something to watch this afternoon... I went out this morning it was FREEZING!
All the B, and Happy Easter.

That is a nice one, I've only ever found one and it was manky but just about identifiable.

I thought it was a roman when I dug it up too, they have that look about them, it's only when you look closer that you notice they're a little different.
That is not dead which can eternal lie,
And with strange aeons even death may die.
