Not a bad siliqua.... but which Valentinian?

Evening All,
God it is still brass monkeys out there I was really starting to regret a wee session this morning as I found nothing but cartridge caps for 2 hours and was bitterly cold until this popped out - it sounded so dull I hardly was bothered to dig it... a large crumb from the detecting gods when I needed it most... I have not found anything roman on this field in a few outings save for a broken fibula about 100 yards away.
Not a bad siliqua even though I say so meself... but which Valentinian be it? I am presuming it is Valentinian? They all look so similiar I can't tell them apart.
Any knowledge gratefully accepted and thank you in advance!
