Go for the card ones - easy to store, cheap and simple way to get all the info to stay with them whilst providing at least reasonable protection. And you can put them in whatever order you like as you add to your collection.
Mine are on strict chronological order cause I’m a bit sad

Maybe Cath, ive got a load of them in the cupbored, only normally use them for hard to read 17th century tokens but,,,,,,,,my memory used to be a lot better than it is now, didnt used to need records, age and booze is rotting my brain
