I have a Pro Find 20 (no volume controls) pin pointer and the volume is incredibly low. Is it me is this how it is?
Thanks

Hiya Steve
Having never owned one of those i dont know the specifics
But, i can ask the basics such as is the battery a new one, and is there any mud or dust muffling the speaker holes?
Other than that hopefully someone with experince of this pinpointer will have an answer or fix for you...

I don’t have one either but I’ve seen reviews on them and all users have commented on their low volume compared to other makes. The speaker hole getting bunged up is a big issue I believe too (as BlackAdder suspected). Worth checking the speaker holes for debris/ soil/ sand. When they get blocked it seriously reduces the volume.

If you do the speaker check, and it’s clear, then speak to your supplier. It might be a faulty one :?
Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking
