1922 silver item for I.D

Could this be pocket watch related or is it too small . Hallmarks are anchor lion X so i think its 1922 .

Not too small for a fob but looks like it was mounted on something by the broken rear attachment. Unsure of that centre design though. The 'X' is not clear so is either 1922 or 1947? Maker seems to be J W Tiptaft & Son Ltd so 1922 fits well. Nice find. :thumbsup:

I cant find anything on the net . God knows what the characters mean
