Found this today on a club dig in Oxfordshire, not very deep gave a screamer of a signal.
Just wondering what age and what it would have been mounted on.

Bob

Unusual find and it looks like a bloodhound. How long has the breed been around, I wonder?

Oh, I really do like that.

Good ID by DaveP

Why is the ID of an item often only obvious once somebody else has told you what it is?.
