Hi all.

I know this is an East Yorkshire Regiment cap badge, however is there any way of determining whether it is a WWI or WWII cap badge?

I have looked online and cannot figure it out.

Thanks in advance 🙂

This page is quite interesting as it gives where and when the regiment were at different times in history
It might help if you go along the lines that the badge wasnt lost too far from its home
The second war the regiment was stationed different from the first

Most Regiments have a Military Museum.
May be worth sending photos, front and back, plus measurements.
Cheers,
Dave.
