No Dave has not found a Hammered, although this is the first one i have seen that is actually readable.
Found by my Detecting buddy today and has so far come up with London, Edward ? Something about trefoils on the breast ?
Virtually identified, showing me mintmarks.
Did find a near match in the Spink book.
Shame it`s bent, awkward to photo the monarch side, may need better photo of Monarch side tomorrow..
Vital stats are23mm Diameter, weighs 2grms.
