Ok, Firstly thanks to easy and OxGirl for explaining the rules!

so here are the remaining photographs of part 1 and then I will do a separate post of part 3 (Part two was the bulla and ampulla)

Any help with ID on the ring would be much appreciated and as I said before I am slightly doubting this as a sestertius Alexa turn off the fannow especially after the Beckyblue post! When I dug it up the hole in it made me think of a dog tag and then I rubbed the raised bust side and can make out a head; the reverse is completely flat which flags up to me that it may not be Roman but anyway what do you think?
Many thanks in advance!
Part 3 coming up very soon
All the best

Alexander

I can confirm 100% you have been cursed blessed with a roman
Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking

The ring doesn't look too old to me, but then I am no jeweller! :D

Looks like fat-face Vespa. The ring is modern brass tat.

True but both Figgis’ and Easylife’s use of language wasn’t so descriptive or dismissive

That's because both gave an opinion based on personal experience as neither could actually be bothered to look them up! :D
