Found today. It's heavy and by the patina, I'm thinking bronze. Is this a knife or dagger pommel and if so, what sort of age would it be?

Many thanks

Doesn’t look right for a pommel and possibly modern too. See what others think though

That was my concern, that is was possibly modern but it certainly feels older so not sure

That would be great if it was, thanks Fred. Any idea what sort of age it could be?

Can’t see anything similar on PAS and just over 1cm seems small but I probably haven’t been on this forum long enough to be correct.
Anyone got any similar examples?

Appreciate you looking. The only thing I found similar was a roman trade weight, but not in this elongated hexagon shape? I agree it does seem very small to be a pommel. Would love to get it ID'd
