HolzHammer wrote: Sun Oct 24, 2021 6:06 pm The point is that I wouldn't have dug that little gold a year or so ago I would have walked on it was just a wispy blip... but years of using the deus has now taught me to take note and dig these.... if I fancy it.... even in "switched off" mode. You know what they say about luck and practice! And Thank God I don't have the remote; switching off would be impossible! Hope all well!
Ho yus, it's all about getting to know and trust your machine and your lugholes. Great find, and well done for backing yourself

OMG I am giving up - can you please either find Roman things (silver is fine) or go back to finding boring rubbish like the rest of us?

Being serious that gold coin is a beauty. You really are on a purple patch :Star:
Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking

Well done A. A field is never completely done but with few targets left the quiet ones are easier.

Wow !!! They're fantastic finds Alexander.
Man at one with his machine !

There is no stopping you at the minute, the finds just seem to be jumping out of the ground for you.
Long may it continue Alexander. :clapping:
Well found and well saved.

Amazing finds, that gold is amazing, one cm in diameter, well done.
I'm really talented at finding small silver foil does that count as good detecting?
