If Roger (Hertfordshire) could somehow get someone to do a pencil sketch of this interesting bowl so we can see all the details, it would help us to help with an id as requested and be of real interest to your fellow detectorists.

I love that bowl. It was put on the TH Facebook page in the summer too. It’s beautiful :Star:

Personally I think they are baptism bowls or a more general decorative font for holy water but what do I know 8-)
