Another hunt on the Roman field the farmer asked me if i thought there was a hoard somewhere i said i hope the gold ones hurry up and come along if there is one :lol: I did say it looks more like the Roman equivalent of Tesco some sort of trading going on in the field ?
Not my Hammy today but my friends one yet again :oops: Roll on Sunday we are on a permission that i know where the hot spots are and he doesn't :lol: So here they are a few Romans that all gave a really poor signal squeaky little devils , A couple more of that guy with the spikey hair popular chap he was indeed :lol:

I’ve skipped the roman stuff and gone straight for the much more interesting artefacts and silver :lol: .Looks like your friend has a farthing of Edward I or II? Best wait for the experts though!

Thanks Oxgirl :thumbsup: the Roman coins come up about every ten minutes on this field but you really have to listen for them

4thc AE4's, base silver/billon Ant(needs a clean) & an Edward I/II 10-11 London farthing.
