Less than we thought  - maybe that was the idea

I’ve heard they are expecting it in the first week of December but are hedging their bets a bit in case of any delays.
Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking

Excuse my ignorance and lack of research, but does that price include a pinpointer?

No, not unless the pinpointing function in the machine counts ;)

At that price it should come with a pin pointer, carry case, backpack, headphones several coils and oh yeah, a 1000 acre permission in some historical area….

I’ll still not be buying one until it’s proven by ‘real’ detectorists’ experiences and feedback.
Always carefully proof-read what you've typed to see if you've any words out.
Deus with 11" X35 and 9" HF coils. MI 6 pinpointer.

Be interesting to see, JD  Lots of money goes into R&D which XP will want to recoup before allowing big (or indeed any) discounts. But maybe the RRP has been inflated by 10% in order to allow a 10% discount? :D

It would make sense to discount for forum members as it is a great way to get the machines tested and word to spread
