Evening All,
I found a few bits and pieces I was being very brave as I am nursing a terrible cold but couldn't resist it!!!
I have no idea what the one on the left is but looks to a have gilding etc on the back too - the silver 'mounts' ( my antique furniture descriptive nouns creeping in here) are raised.. I though it may be a watch/clock face but wouldn't that be flat? I really like it - something a bit different...
And possibly the best Charles I royal farthing I have ever found.. it was very doubled over I have started to straighten it; if I go any further it will surely snap now hence still a little bent... and a nice (smallish) sestertius... I am guessing from the face and deep set eyes its Antoninus Pius..
Anyway any help much appreciated as always!!
All the B
Alexander
