Yes it is Easy. Seen a few similar ones but the style of mine is definitely celtic and not Roman. The only Roman stuff on that site is from the republican era and pre-invasion of Gaul. Other Celtic items with it. I would imagine they interpreted things they saw in classical culture in their own style. I love the use of ring and dot for the ram's curls.

Here is a find 30mm x 20mm, with the full pictures,
it got the FLO & PAS confused because of the style of decoration, but they only said it could possibly be a ………
Although other suggestions have been said, so I still fully don’t know,
So whoever says what the PAS says it is will do?

Not a vessel mount, they said the opening behind the head for fixing is similar to others of what they said it was?
