Afternoon All,
Hope all well - a field of deep permeant pasture in N.Wales had the sheep removed this year and maize was grown! Brilliant as it is a field that when not signalling coke which is bottomless here, has rendered the odd hammered coin. Recently ploughed but still a bit stalky ( the devils crop!!!! GRRRRRRRR!) I had a quick go yesterday and found this.
Its not in good nick to say the least - I don't have an electrocution kit (and can't find a measure for scale SORRY!) here but it has undergone several rounds of lemon juicing and foiling not to much avail.
Any help with an ID would be much appreciated - modern penn hello for scale again sorry for lack of proper one.
All the Best
Alexander
