Hi found this little bronze artifact in my scrap it's small and flat end and round end into blunt point could it be anything ty.

Well it has age, no idea how much though :(

Is it a pin from some sort of hinge or similar?

I think that is very old just going by the patina.. along the lines of Bronze age tool like an Awl or similar.

Picture 2 looks like the flat end has been fitted inside the fatter end or has a shaped recess? Is it definitely bronze and not brass?

No idea really but wouldn't, at this point, rule out an electrical contact.
