Age on silver ring

Hi all went out this morning for couple of hours had a few gritty romans but also had a silver ring fragment wonder the age on it… also found a Elizabeth half groat too many thanks guys

Wow, that ring fragment looks very old with the design

I would say medieval. This one is similar and dated 1100-1200. Not sure if they continued for a long time though.

Yeah I keep looking to see if there’s anything similar I’ve emailed the flo so she can have a look at some point when she’s free hopefully somebody has found something similar on here and give some info

I found this one which I have recently sent to the FLO for treasure as they think it is medieval

Amazing these little rings pop up all over the place with almost the same design with just a slight bit of difference , Here is one i had which is almost the same

I have a silver fragment with similar leaves on found slap bang in the middle of my Roman coin hotspot so that one is also going to the flo for treasure.
