Mother in law has this brouch that was hand made by her grand father.. She is trying to identify the coins..... All she knows is they are Greek

Yes similar... But the coins on the brouch are only around 10-12mm in diameter... Most there are 30mm... But I guess they are same sort of era

They look Victorian era mass reproduced tourist pieces. These coins are the most copied.
