A couple of Hammies and other bits today

The weather broke and was half decent so i grabbed a few hours this afternoon on the dreaded stubble but at least it is nice and hard underfoot :thumbsup: A couple of battered hammies some quite nice buckles some sort of mount and maybe a strap end ?

This mount thingy looks like it was covered in gold Gilt at some time

You had a brilliant day! Great buckle, nice coins (the Elizabeth portrait is a corker) and the other artefacts are superb too.

Agree that the oval mount was originally gilded - probably all over and I bet it was very bling in its day!

No idea m8 but he does have three buttons on the front of his tunic / jacket ?
