me old mate pat law sent me three diecasts he had dug up I had a go at restoring them but they were well gone ill post pictures later

two dinky racing cars baseplate gone had to craft 2 bases, new tyres rims ,and a hand brush paint job. metal not very good on bodies, green car re spray and new wheels tyres

yours looks ok body on mine as I said was starting to flake don't know about a base plate but you can get tyres wheels from steve flowers model supplies in leice ster
