Hi I found 3 Roman coins today and was wondering if anyone can help in identifying the emporer and date of the first coin in the photograph.
Kind regards Danny

Darn things are hard to identify aren’t they? Well they are to me anyway
Looks like you’ve a good Roman site there though. Any artefacts found too?

Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking

The first one favours Antoninus Pius. Could change with decent pics though!

He has a point. If you use natural light you’ll get more detail, plus take a photo of both sides to get an ID of the back too
