Evening All,
I found a few more quite interesting bits in my new fave field which has been drilled today so won't be on it much longer Rats!
Anyway, check your hoops! I like finding those bronze/copper/copper alloy rings that are of "indeterminate use". Thats such a rotten description for them and some have a lovely patina and feel about them and must be really quite old... the one i found today was a welcome find and even more so when i noticed it wasn't a hoop at all but an annular brooch... medieval? Hope so... the Henry Penny was found nearby and any help with the Class would be much appreciated!

Love the brooch - it’s an annular decorated brooch of 1200-1400

Yes I really don’t like Roman coins, I’m not joking

Thanks for that - good to know - terrible photo, I'm afraid; its quite "lumpy" between the grooves...
